Eating healthy can be hard for many reasons. But sometimes, even when we think we are eating healthy, we are eating something that is actually bad for us. Processed food is a very common way that "bad" ingredients sneak into our diets. One example that comes to mind is salad. Salad is healthy, right? For the most part, yes. But, some salad dressings are loaded with sugar, sodium, and preservatives that aren't so good for us.
